  • By using this site or ordering, you agree to these terms.
  • Prices are in PKR. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • You can cancel before we dispatch. After dispatch, the Return & Exchange Policy applies.
  • Colours can vary slightly from your screen. We say so clearly before you buy.

1. Acceptance

By using the Ishrat website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date.

2. Products and information

Ishrat sells unstitched fabric only. We work to keep descriptions, images, measurements and colours accurate.

  • Every product page states the length and the pieces included (for example, shirt, trouser, dupatta).
  • Colors may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings. We do our level best to present them as accurately as possible.
  • Fabric care instructions are on the product page and in our Fabric Care guide.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices and product details at any time, but an order you have already placed and we have confirmed is not affected.

4. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and confirm it to you.
  • We may cancel or decline an order for incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, incomplete information or suspected fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment already made within 7 working days.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa.
  • Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment is received and verified.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders we confirm your order by phone. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we may cancel the order.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us with your order number. Once dispatched, the Return & Exchange Policy applies. If you paid in advance, we refund a cancelled order within 7 working days.

6. Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan. Timelines, charges and delivery rules are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

These are covered by our Return & Exchange Policy. In short: check your fabric before washing, cutting or stitching. Fabric that has been washed, cut, stitched or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Intellectual property

The Ishrat name, logo, photographs, text, graphics and designs belong to Ishrat or are licensed to us. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the website and product information accurate, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by third parties such as couriers. Our liability for any product is limited to the value of that order, subject to applicable law and our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
