In plain words

  • We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it and support you.
  • We do not sell your information.
  • Your phone number is shared only with our courier so your order can reach you, and is used by us only for your order, support, and (if you allow it) updates. Rest assured, your number is safe with us and you will never receive any unsolicited messages/calls from us.
  • We never see your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN or your bank login.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing messages, at any time.

1. What we collect

What you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order details, account details (if you create an account), messages you send to support, and photos or details you send with a return request.

What we collect automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, and the date and time of visits, using cookies and similar tools.

2. Why we use it

To take, confirm and deliver your order, process payments and refunds, give support, keep the website secure and prevent fraud, understand and improve how the website works, and meet legal requirements. With your permission, we also send marketing messages (see section 8).

3. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. We do not take card payments and never see your JazzCash/Easypaisa PIN or bank login details. For transfers we keep only the payment record (amount, date and reference, and any payment screenshot you send) for order processing, accounting and fraud prevention.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

  • Couriers (name, phone number and address, to deliver your order)
  • Payment services and banks, where you pay through them
  • Website hosting and technical providers who run our store
  • Analytics and advertising providers
  • Authorities, only where the law requires

5. Your phone number and WhatsApp

We use your number to confirm your order, share delivery updates, resolve order problems and handle returns. Marketing messages are separate; see section 8. WhatsApp is run by a third party and follows its own privacy terms.
Rest assured, your number is safe with us and you will never receive any unsolicited messages/calls from us. Ishrat guarantees that there can be no leak of your phone number from its end.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies keep your cart and login working and help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser, though the cart or checkout may not work without some of them. We use Meta’s tools to measure our ads and to show Ishrat ads to people who have visited our site.

7. Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online system is completely secure, so please also keep your account password private.

8. Marketing messages

With your permission we may send new-arrival and offer messages by email or WhatsApp. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or messaging us. We will still send essential messages about your order.

9. How long we keep it

As long as needed for orders, support, returns, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

10. Your choices

You can contact us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop marketing, or ask questions. We may need to confirm it is really you first, to protect your information.

11. Children

Our website is for general customers and is not directed at children. If you think a child has given us personal information, tell us and we will review it.

12. Third-party sites

We link to other sites (for example, social media and courier tracking). Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version and its “Last updated” date will be on this page.
